Target Drones

Aerial target drones for live-fire training.

Threat-representative targets for air-defence crews, gunnery practice and weapon system evaluation.

Air-defence crews train against what they are likely to face. The SAAD and Hadaf families replicate hostile airborne threats across speed and altitude bands, with configurable radar and infrared signatures so a target presents realistically to the system under test.

Targets are recovered by parachute and reused where the mission allows, which keeps the cost per sortie down for repeated training serials. Sysverve also supplies the launch equipment, ground control and operator training that go with them.

Which weapon systems can these targets support?

The family spans short-range gunnery through to medium and higher-altitude missile engagements. Tell the programmes team which system you are evaluating and they will advise which target fits.

Are the targets reusable?

Recoverable variants land by parachute and are prepared for reuse. Expendable configurations exist where the training serial requires them.
